Feature

Dynamic Call Routing Webhook

Dynamic routing puts you in control of every masked call in real time. Instead of pre-registering who a number connects to, you point a masked number at your own HTTPS endpoint. When a call comes in, we POST a signed request with the caller and the dialed number, and your endpoint replies with the number to connect to — or tells us to reject the call with a spoken reason. You can override the caller ID per call and, if your endpoint is slow or unavailable, optionally fall back to the number's internal mapping. Every request is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify it genuinely came from us.
