Credits System
The platform uses a credit-based billing system for simplicity and flexibility.
How Credits Work
- Purchase credits in your currency
- Credits deducted based on usage
- No monthly subscriptions (pay what you use)
Free Credits
Every new workspace receives:
- Free credits to start
- Enough for testing and initial development
Credit Consumption
Credits are consumed by:

| TTS | Per-minute of audio |
| LLM | Per-minute of conversation |
| Knowledge Base | Per-query |
| Phone Numbers | Monthly rental |
Example: 5-Minute Call Cost
Using Gemini 2.5 + Deepgram + Azure TTS:
STT (Deepgram): ~0.35 x 5 = ~1.75
LLM (Gemini 2.5): ~0.04 x 5 = ~0.20
TTS (Azure): ~1.01 x 5 = ~5.05

Checking Balance
- See balance in the sidebar
- Go to Billing for detailed view
- Enable low-balance alerts
Low Balance Alerts
Set up alerts:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Enable "Low Credit Alert"
- Set your threshold amount
Auto-Recharge
Coming soon: Automatically recharge when balance is low.
