What if I need a refund? Email [email protected] within 48 hours of payment for refund eligibility. Refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited within 5-7 business days, net of any GST already remitted.

When does work begin? Within 4 business hours of payment we schedule a 30-minute scoping call. Project work begins immediately after the scoping call. Delivery in Monthly retainer from kickoff.

Per-minute platform usage is billed separately on a prepaid wallet at voice-agent.edesy.in. The setup fee here covers only the deployment work; ongoing call minutes are paid as you use them.
