  • Form to Google Sheets: Google Sheets "Create Spreadsheet Row". Map each answer to a column.
  • Form to Gmail or Outlook: send a custom email to your sales inbox or to the respondent.
  • Form to a CRM: create a contact or lead in the CRM you already use.

Tips for reliable Zaps

  • Map fields from a real response, not the test event. The test event uses sample answers.
  • Answers arrive keyed by question ID. Rename them in your action step so your sheet or CRM has readable names.
  • If one Zap serves several forms, add a Filter or Paths step on formTitle or formId.
  • Keep an eye on Recent deliveries in Edesy Forms. A failure there means Zapier did not accept the request.
